Nothing in these Terms limits earnph2's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account termination.
